About Frank Benway

Frank Benway has been DJ’ing in the Greater Boston and New England market for over 20 years. Frank got his start as a DJ in high school, performing at local school dances and private parties. Frank quickly expanded his skills performing at weddings and formal events, and honing his skills as a master of ceremonies. Today, Frank has DJ’d weddings and private events in all six New England states at venues that range from hotels to country clubs to beachfront venues and more. In his years of experience in the industry, Frank has performed at weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, college formals, high school proms and dances, Sweet 16 parties, and more.

Frank works closely with you to tailor our DJ and lighting services to your event. For weddings, Frank works intimately with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to make sure the client’s vision for their big day is perfectly executed. When prompted, Frank can use his years of experience in the DJ and wedding industry to provide guidance to his clients as they plan their big day. Based on reviews from past clients, Frank and Benway Entertainment have won WeddingWire’s Couples Choice Awards multiple times.

Frank continues to strive to develop his career further, participating in networking events with other event professionals, interacting in professional development seminars, and attending event industry conferences. Frank is a founding member of The DJ's Vault, a worldwide community of mobile DJ's who strive to level up their game every year.  A graduate of Northeastern University’s College of Arts, Media, and Design, Frank resides on the South Shore of Boston with his wife Jamie and daughters Emma and Ainsley.
